Questions doctors ask

What happens if my patient never installs the app?

The system still works. Reminders go out by SMS and WhatsApp, and a reply logs the dose. Roughly speaking, the app makes the loop richer; it is not what makes it work.

Does CareLoop suggest doses or diagnoses?

No — deliberately. CareLoop reminds, records, and reports. It never advises a dosage change, never diagnoses, and never triages. Every clinical decision remains yours, and that boundary is what keeps CareLoop out of medical-device regulation.

Who can see my patients’ data?

You and the assistants you invite. Doctors see only their own care relationships. Every access to a patient record is written to an append-only log, including ours.

What about a patient who sees two CareLoop doctors?

They have one app and two regimens. Each doctor sees only their own.

Is my patients’ data sold or shared?

Never. We do not sell patient data and we do not carry pharmaceutical nudges. Doctor trust is the entire business; those two revenue lines would end it.

Can my assistant do the typing?

Yes. The assistant role enters patients and regimens but cannot export analytics, see billing, delete templates, or resolve alerts.

What happens to my data if I leave?

You can export it, and your patients can export or delete theirs. Nothing is held hostage.
